Dr. Ian Shaw is a Canadian-trained chiropractor specializing in sports performance and neuromuscular recovery. His approach combines evidence-based chiropractic adjustments, biomedical dry needling, and specialized rehab programming to help patients move better and recover faster.
Ian’s clinical expertise is informed by his extensive experience at the highest levels of sport, having served as a Performance Therapist for the Chinese Olympic Committee and Clinical Consultant for the Chinese National Sport Climbing Team. Whether you are an elite athlete or a weekend warrior, Ian focuses on identifying the root cause of dysfunction to optimize your long-term physical health.

Amanda is a Canadian-trained physiotherapist dedicated to helping active individuals bridge the gap between injury and peak performance. Her approach integrates manual therapy, Clinical Pilates, and progressive strength and conditioning to restore both physical function and athletic confidence.
Having navigated her own recovery from a disc herniation, Amanda brings a unique blend of empathy and elite coaching to her practice. She believes rehabilitation should be as purposeful as it is enjoyable, focusing on the mindset needed to turn setbacks into breakthroughs.
